Message	as a preemptive measure against him coming back with more excuses for failing to get back in touch with his customers. I'll acknowledge that sometimes there are extenuating circumstances that could cause him to be out of touch (family issues for example), but I don't think that's in play with the OP's issue. As for Verizon, I was actually surprised they fixed my problem so quickly. That was the first time it's happened for me.
